Grounding with Drawing

Artist and teacher Tobin McDermott uses art as a means to practice mindfulness. She will guide you through drawing exercises to calm, ground, and connect you to the moment you are in.

"Filling the Container" is intended for all ages. "Sketching for Self-Care for Teachers" is meant to give you time for yourself, and includes ideas you can incorporate into a daily or weekly routine of art-making to explore your own internal landscape.
